On May 8th, a leisure pedestrian walkway along the southern banks of the New Liuhe River in Taicang, Suzhou opened to visitors.
This is phase one of ongoing renovations on the river-side Taicang walkway and dock. Completed phase one construction has included 16 buildings with white walls and gray roofs, nestled among green lawns. These buildings offer a variety of eateries, including Yuantai Restaurant, famed for their Southeast Asian cuisine, and Jincheng Yugang Restaurant, which specializes in delicious seafood.
