Suzhou Tourism Video Debuts in New York City Times Square

A promotional video for Suzhou, one of China’s most beautiful coastal cities, made its New York City Times Square debut on December 3rd. The video shown on the giant LCD screen fixed to the side of the No. 2 building in Times Square. The video will be played for the next 3 years. During the first 62-day period, the 60-second video will be played 38 times per day. According to reports, this is only the first step of Suzhou’s “going global” plan. Suzhou will also promote its image and tourist resources in the New York Times, Washington Post, CNBC, CNN and NHK.
