The reporter was informed by Hangzhou Municipal Urban Administration Office that, from April 1st, car owners using public street parking lots in Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District, Gongshu District, West Lake District and West Lake Resort Area can enjoy 10% discount on the basis of original charges, given that he pays by public transport IC card or Hangzhou Citizen Card with electronic purse function activated.
