There are regularly scheduled passenger shuttle ferries between Shenzhen's Shekou Port Zhuhai (1 hour), Macau (80 minutes), Hong Kong (50 minutes), Hong Kong International Airport (30 minutes) and Kowloon (1 hour). Shekou Port is easily reached by bus from Shenzhen Railway Station, downtown and the airport.

Many amenities are available to passengers traveling to and from Hong Kong via Shekou Ferry Terminal, including luggage consignment and check-in. The Shekou Ferry is extremely useful for those travelers coming from Hong Kong on holidays and weekends since the Luohu border checkpoint and the ferry eases travel from Hong Kong to the mainland.
