Security systems will be upgraded in Shenzhen’s parking lots with monitors to be installed over the city. It is expected that with these monitors, car thefts will be immediately reported through public security networks when discovered. According to the current plan, 80% of the city’s parking lots will have monitors installed by the end of April.
