Shenzhen “AIDS Women” Stick Up Passersby With Syringes
Dec 28, 2009 By eChinacities.com
Along the Buji Street in Longgang District in Shenzhen, two women stuck up passing drivers and pedestrians syringes filled with red liquid, claiming they were infected with HIV and would stab their victim if they didn’t cough up some cash. The pair has been doing this frequently for the last two years, harassing the nearby residents. The two women were caught by the police recently and sent to the hospital for physical examination. Results showed that they were not HIV patients but long-term drug users. They were placed in criminal detention.
