Shenyang's very own museum is now beginning the final stages and it is estimated that it will be open to the public by the end of 2009.
Construction work started on the 18,000 square meter site back in 2008 and at that time it was planned to contain the Shenyang City Planning Museum but has since be redesigned as the Shenyang Museum.
