Shanghai Trembles after 5.0 Earthquake in South Yellow Sea

According to the China Earthquake Network, a 5.0 earthquake occurred in the North Yellow Sea (latitude 33.3 north, longitude 123.9 east) at 09:19 Beijing time on January 12th, 2011. The center of the quake was located over 230 km off shore from Shanghai and 10 km deep in the ocean. The earthquake was felt in most parts of Shanghai.
