Sanya's Pearl River Garden Hotel has been awarded with the “China Hotel Golden Star Award,” China's most prestigious award in the hotel industry. One hundred of China's best hotels were selected through an online voting system, a customer satisfaction survey, a vote among members of China Tourism Hotel Committee and through an individual review process, all of which were then approved by the National Tourism Bureau. The hotel was the only four-star hotel in Hainan Province to be honoured with the award, which is only granted to the country's best venues every two years.
