With summer vacation in July just around the corner, there is a greater demand for flight tickets to Shanghai. Passengers looking to travel to Shanghai this summer should try to book tickets well-ahead of planned travel dates (25 day ahead would be best advised), because there are huge discounts not to be missed. For example, passengers can log on to China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines websites to book flight tickets to Shanghai for as low as 560 RMB/single trip; if you book early, round trip tickets from Zhuhai to Shanghai are discounted 40% or more.
To better service visitors to the World Expo, Zhuhai Airport has recently started servicing seven daily flights to Shanghai. Passengers can also dial 8287888 (Expo information hotline, available for the duration of the Expo) for the latest information on flight tickets, hotel bookings, and reserving Shanghai Expo.
