Real Name ID System Introduced in Shenzhen Train Stations

The real Name ID System has been introduced to a number of railway stations in Guangdong for the coming Spring Festival. In Shenzhen, ticket hotlines are available from Jan.21 onwards, however telephone sales are limited to valid ID holders only. Foreigners with valid passports, residence permit, diplomatic pass or entrance and exit permits will have to go to ticket selling windows at the train station, ticket offices set up by the railway or train ticket selling points. The pre-sale period is 6 days.
