In a response to the heavy demands of the long Spring Festival break, Qinghai’s various tourism bureaus have launched a 24-hour complaint and advice hotline in various areas across the province. The complaints hotline for the whole province can be reached by calling 097 1615 9841, while travellers in Xining can call 097 1610 0110. Tourists who become victims of scamming at tourist spots are particularly encouraged to call the hotline.
