Mar 20, 2013 By eChinacities.com

Bus No.605 – which is 18 meters long and makes it the longest bus in Qingdao – began its first trial run on Mar 20. The swanky new bus is red in color, fully air conditioned and takes after European buses in style, with four exits, 28 seats and a capacity to hold 160 passengers. Three times longer than the average bus, Route 605 departs from the North Bus Station and heads for the beach. A single journey during the trial period costs 1 RMB per person.
