With the existing tariff remaining unchanged, from February 23, the passenger taxis operated in the four urban districts of Qingdao as well as Laoshan District and Chengyang District will take time and distance into consideration for pricing. The policy will be completely taken into operation before March 1st 2009.
If a taxi driver deliberately lowers the speed, passengers can call 82817777 to timely report the traffic administrative departments.
