On October 30th in Creative 100 Industry Park Qingdao, the first Halloween Arts and Culture Festival was held. A variety of themed activities and interactive games attracted participants from the United States, Britain, Japan and South Korea. Foreigners from more than 10 countries got together with the local community to celebrate.
