Police of Chaoyang Distirct recently reported that they've closed four well-known nightclubs in Beijing – Heaven Earth nightclub, Regal club, Huadu nightclub and Kaifu Guoji club – due to paid female escort services they provide and fire safety infractions.
On May 11th, at around 22:00, polices of Chaoyang District raided the above four nightclubs and found 557 bar girls engaged in providing escort services to the customers. Polices have ordered the above four venues to suspend their business until necessary changes are made.
It is reported that polices have recently raided over 400 different clubs, bathhouses, salons, and foot message centers in Chaoyang District in a crackdown on prostitution and whoring in the city.
