Punk/art/rock ensemble Pet Conspiracy (宠物同谋) will perform in Hangzhou's CodeCafe on September 29th. The band was named China's best electronic music group of 2010. Pet Conspiracy's first big international success came in 2008 when the group toured a plethora of Europe's coolest clubs and garnered numerous mentions from media organizations such as Arte TV, BBC, International, and Compilations.
