OCT Harbor Happy Mall in Nanshan District will have its official soft opening on September 20. The mall boasts 80,000 square meters of retail, dining and entertainment space and is comprised of three building blocks. The rooftop features a 30,000 square meter open-air garden offering pristine views of Shenzhen.
Apart from domestic and international shopping and dining options, the mall will also house the OCT Creative Exhibition Center, a building designed by the famous Chinese architect Zhu Pei. The center will host a number of large-scale art and commercial events as well as cultural activities and exhibitions.
