The 13th China International Beer Festival will be held in Dalian from July 28th to August 8th, and in order to ensure public safety, Dalian has issued a series of security measures. Infrared cameras will monitor Xinghaiwan Square and the beer tents. Biking and flying model planes are prohibited in Xihanwan Square, and vehicles are not allowed to drive on the outer-ring road from 17:00-24:00.
