Sanya has always been a tourist destination hotspot during the Spring Festival. This year its travel booking peak will occur next week, according to many travel agencies. Part of this is like due to the new trial policy that is being implemented in Hainan Island of exit drawback for overseas tourists. This policy began January 1, 2011 and is stimulate travel. At present, the booking rate of high-end hotels in Sanya has reached 60%.
