A special New Year's Eve concert will be held at the Wuhan Qintai Music Hall on December 31st. The concert features Etsuko Hirose, a talented young Japanese pianist and Omo Bello, a Nigerian singer who won the Luciano Pavarotti international singing competition in 2010.
