New Visa Rules for Foreigners
Aug 21, 2009 By eChinacities.com
How will they affect your company?

Becky Xia from Fragomen and Jeffrey Wilson from Baker and McKenzie will be providing you with the latest information on how changes to the China visa regime will affect you and your company.

For example, who will be eligible for extending their residency permits up to 5 years in Shanghai? Are short term business visas becoming harder to obtain? In order to obtain a work permit for a foreign employee do you have to prove that a Chinese person cannot do the job? These and all your other visa related questions will be answered by Becky and Jeffrey.
