New Mini Buses Now Operating in Zhengzhou’s Back Alleys
Mar 22, 2012 By eChinacities.com

On March 10th, four new bus routes (no.281, 282, 283 and 285) operated by mini buses opened in Zhengzhou. The new buses have been put into operation to service areas where previous public buses didn’t operate, mainly in the city’s back alleys and laneways. Fares for these public buses cost 1 RMB per trip and A, B, C and D bus cards are accepted. What sets these buses apart from their regular counterparts is that they only stop when customers want to get off the bus or when they see someone flagging down the bus to get on.
