A newly-built Ferris wheel in Zhongshan Park opened to the public on Sept. 22nd. A total of 3.8 million RMB was invested into the project. It is 46 meters high, with a total of 28 passenger capsules. It can accommodate a total of 112 people at any one time, and the fare costs 10 RMB per person. It is said that the old Ferris wheel in the park was removed this summer due to security problems.
