Nanning Transport - Introduction

The transport network in Nanning is pretty comprehensive, allowing travel into the city by air, rail and road. The rail network is expanding to include services to Singapore, Vietnam Cambodia and Malaysia on the Pan-Asian Railway Network. The destinations reachable by air are mainly to cities across China, with limited services to other Asian countries. Nanning is often used as a stopover en-route to Vietnam, and visitors will find that their onward travel is reasonably simple once they have secured the necessary visa.
