Nanning Taxis Put Up Signs Between Shifts
Jan 30, 2010 By eChinacities.com

A new regulation intended for the passengers’ convenience went into effect on Jan.19 in Nanning: taxis drivers are now required to put up signs on the right side of their windshields when they are between shifts, signaling that they are not in service. They will also write on the signs their common routes and times to keep drivers from rejecting passengers at will.
