Metro Line 2 in Nanjing is scheduled to start operations by May 28th and will intersect with metro Line 1 at Xinjiekou station and Yuantong station. By then, making interchanges between transit lines will be very convenient at the two stations, as passengers can make the interchange without having to leave the stations.
