How to handle practices in grey areas of Trade and State Secrets from different perspectives

The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to a seminar on Understanding Trade and State Secrets, on Friday 10th September at Sofitel Hyland Hotel.

Foreign companies doing business in China consistently endeavour to ensure that they fully comply with PRC laws in all their business activities. However, the laws surrounding State and Commercial Secrets are often vague and broad, creating challenges for foreign companies to comply.

Recently the Chinese government has been stepping up to fight corruption and not long ago State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) revised the ‘PRC Law on Protection of State Secrets’ governing the protection of State Secrets.

Join us at this seminar where our two speakers will discuss how to handle practices in grey areas of Trade and State Secrets from different perspectives.
