An ocean themed entertainment and leisure complex will be built on
In the future, tourists can not only enjoy abundant and fresh seafood, but also have chance to experience the floatation feeling of being at the world famous Dead Sea, receive sand therapy, enjoy sea mud baths, catch shrimps in shallow water, go sea fishing, and other leisure activities in the fishing village.
The project will cover a total area of 350 acres. The original location is a mud-flat which was used for aquaculture facilities such as shrimp ponds etc.
The complex will feature nine major functions including leisure fishing, shallow water experience, unsinkable sea water swimming, mud bath entertainment, popular science experiences such as sea oyster breeding, and many others. The total investment will exceed 100 million RMB; some of the programs are expected to be opened to tourists in August.
