June 23, Luohu became the first district to implement the new two in one bike rental card system. Luohu residents can head to one of four branches to activate their bike rental accounts with their travel cards, meaning you only need one card for both, from now on.
To activate your account you must bring a form of identification and your residence permit, as well as a 300 RMB deposit. You will then be free to use the card at bike rental docks all around Luohu District.
Branches are located in the first floor of the Luohu District Office, Lin Tong Street and Wong Pui Street.
