Luke Jerram Brings Public Piano Project to Hangzhou Nov 5-15

"Play Me, I'm Yours", a worldwide art project by British artist Luke Jerram, has arrived in Hangzhou. 18 pianos have been placed in public spaces around Hangzhou, for the public to play on. Once the event expires, ten of those pianos can be taken away for free by whoever wants them. Jerram, who has already placed over 700 pianos in 34 major cities across the world, from New York to Paris and London to Sydney, intended the project to challenge the prohibition of playing music in public places without special arrangement.
