Lotus and Tourism Festival Kicks Off at Suzhou’s Humble Administrator’s Garden

The 2010 15th Lotus and Tourism Festival kicked off on June 28th at the Humble Administrator’s Garden (also known as Zhuozheng Garden) in Suzhou. There are over 5,000 varieties of lotus flowers on display at the garden. A pond measuring 7,000 square meters features different kinds of lotuses floating on its surface – a perfect scene for the summer.
