Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport (ZGC) (Lanzhou Zhongchuan Jichang)
Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport is located approximately 75 kilometers north of the downtown area. This international airport serves more than 40 airlines connecting Lanzhou with a range of domestic and international destinations. Currently, it operates daily flights to and from Beijing (2 hrs), Shanghai (2 hrs 10 mins), Guangzhou (4 hrs 10 mins), Shenzhen, Xi'an (1 hr), Tianjin, Chengdu, Chongqing (1.5hrs), Nanjing (2 hrs), Kunming (2 hrs), Hangzhou, Taiyuan, Jinan (2 hrs), Changsha (2 hrs 20 mins), Haikou (4.5hrs), Wuhan, Wenzhou, Xiamen, Zhuhai and Shenyang (2 hrs 20 mins), as well as international and regional flights to Okinawa, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney, New York, Los Angeles, Frankfurt, Taipei and Hong Kong. Visitors taking the airport shuttle bus (30 RMB) will arrive in the downtown area in about one hour. A taxi ride to or from the airport will cost approximately 150 RMB.

Shuttle Service:
The shuttle from the city of Lanzhou to the airport is 30 RMB.  The shuttle service for the airport has three stops: Chengguan District Civil Aviation Ticket Office, (Across from Jinjiang Yangguang Hotel), Qilihe District Jinbaihe Hotel and Xigu Lanyuan Jianguo Hotel.  The Civil Aviation Ticket Office is the main starting point for each line. The Civil Aviation Ticket Office line takes 1 hour to get to the airport and runs from 5:30-19:00. The bus will leave as soon as it is full.  The Jinbaihe Hotel Line takes 1.5 hours and has buses that leave at 5:30, 9:30, 13:30 and 15:30. Lanyuan Jianguo Hotel also takes 1.5 hours to travel to the airport, and has buses that leave at 6:00, 10:00, 14:00 and 16:00.  However, the return trip only stops at the Oriental Hotel; not at the Jinbaihe Hotel or Lanyuan Jianguo Hotel.   The pick up point for the shuttle from the airport is at the terminal exit.  A specific time table is not available; however, so long as there are flights, airport shuttles will be available.
