The Railway New Village Commercial Area 铁路新村商业区
Located at the Minzhu West Road and Gaolan Road intersection, Railway New Village is Lanzhou’s key commercial District.  Check out Minbai Building, Business & Trade World, Jinlun Commerical Building, Jinhua Market, Provincial Department Store and Haifu Market for a series of labyrinthine shopping experiences that will leave you dizzy and loaded with bargains.

Zhongxin Square 中心广场
Also known as “Dongfanghong Square” because of its most famous shopping landmark, the Dongfang Underground Shopping Mall, this lively area is comprised of large department stores, boutiques and myriad snack vendors.

Nanguan-Xiguan Commercial Area 南关-西关商业区
This central location is the meeting point of many of Lanzhou’s shopping greats, such as Lanbai Building, Tangjiu Center Building, Yongchang Road General Merchandise Building, Sanmao Building, Sanli Commercial Building, Asia-Europe Commercial Building, Jinda Building, and commercial streets such as Qingyang Road, Zhongshan Road, Jiuquan Road, Zhangye Road, Yongchang Road, Chun’an Road, Wudu Road, Longxi Road, and Linxia Road.  Shoppers can spend days exploring the merchandise at Nanguan-Xiguan.

West Train Station – Xijin Road Commercial District 火车西站-西津路商业区
A few markets are scattered around this Qilihe district, but most interesting to tourists is the city’s biggest candy, tobacco & alcohol wholesalers, which is located in the Xiaoxi Lake subdistrict.

Zhangyelu Walking Street 张掖路商业精品步行街
This new commercial pedestrian-only area is split into three major zones selling jewelry, brand-name leisure wear and fast food respectively.
