The harrowing attack on civilians in Kunming train station on Saturday evening has left 29 dead and more than 140 injured according to latest reports. The attack, which Chinese officials have blamed on Xinijang separatists (though no details beyond this broad claim have been released), took place just two days before the Two Sessions, the annual parliamentary meeting which kicks off today, March 3.
