Knife Wielding Foreigner Dies after Being Shot in Foshan
Aug 15, 2014 By eChinacities.com

On August 10, a foreigner was shot in both his left and right leg by police in Foshan after he was seen threatening pedestrians with a 20 centimeter long knife on a busy street. After the police had fired warning shots, the man apparently continued to wave around his knife and violently refuse arrest.

He was sent to hospital for treatment, where his urine was tested positive for methamphetamines. Following these tests, he passed away in hospital, where the cause of his death is still being investigated.
