The 1st 2011 Quancheng Autumn Shopping Festival is scheduled to kick off in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province in the beginning of September. The festival, consisting of a series of themed activities, will run until October 31st, covering the Mid-autumn Festival and National Day holiday. During the two months, visitors will be able to purchase various goods at favourable prices within the Quanchenglu Business Circle of Lixia District.
