Guangzhou’s first Mos Burger, a Japanese burger chain, opened at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street on May 9. Mos Burger first opened in Tokyo in 1972, gaining immense popularity thanks to their healthy and artisan twist on fast food as well as their excellent service. It is now the second largest fast-food franchise in Japan after McDonald’s. Its most famous product is the rice burger, which uses a bun made of rice mixed with barley and millet.
