The famed Italian pianist Lorenzo Di Bella will be holding a concert July 20 at the Suzhou Culture and Arts Centre. Master pianist Lazar Berman once said, "Lorenzo Di Bella is an extraordinarily talented pianist, whose music is elegant and transports the listener to a wonderful place." This renowned player has received numerous international awards for his playing, including first place in 2005 at an international piano competition in Kiev, Ukraine. In 2006, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi (then president of Italy) awarded him the "Sinopoli prize".
