Renowned Egyptian pianist Ramzi Yassa will give a performance at Tianjin Concert Hall on March 14th in celebration of the 200th anniversary of Chopin’s birth. Trained at Cairo University and a graduate from Tchaikovsky’s Conservatory in Moscow, Yassa was the first Egyptian pianist to win a major international prize – the 'Paloma O'Shea' Santander International Piano Competition. He was also the first Arab pianist to record Beethoven’s piano concertos and has since taken his talent to the world’s biggest stages.
