The first Jinzhangye Ice and Snow Tourism Cultural Festival is being held now until the end of March. In addition, Zhangye City’s Qilian Mountain International Ski Resort is also now open. The resort is located 70 km outside of Lanzhou and will be open all winter long. Currently, the resort features four slopes, and has snowmobile and ski equipment available for rental.
