Speakers' Biographies:

Marc Dawson, Managing Director, Talents Spheres Group

Marc has over 10 years' experience living and working in Shanghai within the HR field. These have included the positions of Vice President of HR Asia for a Franco-Australian joint venture in construction materials, and Managing Director of Nicholson International Shanghai. He currently manages his own business Talent Spheres which specialises in Organisational Development Practice.

Peter Hill, Principal Consultant, P.H.I. Consulting

Peter Hill is Principal Consultant of P.H.I. Consulting, a boutique resume writing and career services firm serving mid- to senior-level executives in the Asia-Pacifc. He is a Certified Professional Resume Writer whose work has been featured in 12 resume and cover letter 'how to' books in the U.S. and Australia.

Amanda Pateman, Executive Assistant to CFO, Standard Chartered Bank (China)

After graduating from the University of Edinburgh in Chinese, Amanda worked in the UK before returning to China in 2007. Initially she worked as the Public Relations Manager for the Jiangsu Province Kun Opera Theatre in Nanjing before taking up a position as Assistant China Director with US-based geopolitical analysis firm, Stratfor. She is currently working as Executive Assistant to the CFO for Standard Chartered Bank (China).
