Hong Kong Restricts Mainland Milk Powder Shoppers to Two Tins per Visit

From March 1, shoppers from the mainland who go to Hong Kong to purchase milk powder will be restricted to buying two tins per trip. Anyone caught breaking this new regulation will be fined 500,000 HKD and could face a two year prison sentence.
