May 31, 2010 By eChinacities.com

According to event organizers:

This event will appeal to High to Mid-level Chinese Managers in Multi-National Companies and other foreign invested enterprises who have extensive experience interacting with Foreigners in business. Many well-qualified Chinese managers hit glass ceilings in foreign invested companies.  Often this is due to subtle, unspoken differences in business expectations between West and East. This workshop will illuminate the subtle communication and behaviour differences and expectations of their Western counterparts, helping Chinese Managers to be more successful in international business situations.

The workshop will cover:

• Establishing Credibility
• Assertive Communication
• Taking the Initiative & Accountability
• Conflict Resolution
