All the scenic areas of Hengdian World Studios will have performances. There will be a large scale fantasy film performance at Mingqing Palatial Gardens called “Qing Palace Drama” (清宫秘戏). There will also be a large-scale square horse battle performance called “Eight Banners Horse Battle” (八旗马战), a reality stunt show called “Story of Huang Feihong” (大话飞鸿) etc. Moreover, at the Fantasy Valley scenic area you’ll be able to undergo a different kind of large-scale night film experience.
Address: It is located in Dongyang City in central Zhejiang Province, 36 km from Yiwu City and 160 km from Hangzhou.
Getting there: Take the Zhejiang express bus from Hangzhou South Bus Station to get directly to Hengdian. 4 buses depart every day, two in the morning and two in the afternoon. The first bus leaves at 6:50am with a journey time of about 2.5 hours. There are return buses within all the scenic sites in the Hengdian World Studios which leave every 15 minutes. Tickets cost 1 RMB per person/per ride. You can also take a pedicab that costs between 3-5 RMB.
