Hardcore/punk band King Ly Chee were conceived in 1999 in Hong Kong during a time when most local hardcore bands were just lazily belting out covers from Limp Bizkit and the like. One day, founder Riz had enough and decided it was time Hong Kong people learned what true hardcore music was all about, and so King Ly Chee was born. With their fresh, new album “Time Will Prove” just out, don't miss the band that dragged Hong Kong's former hardcore scene out of a heap of copy-cat fluff.
