Harbin was selected in the list of “Chinese Cities with the Most Investment Potential” released on October 31st. The listed 45 cities include Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Hongkong, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Guangzhou and Kunming. The election process was based on the comprehensive assessment of ten indexes including Environmental friendliness, city management level and public awareness by experts from home and abroad.
