The 24th Winter Universiade, which will be held from Feb. 18-28 in Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, in the northeast of China, is a high level international sports event held in China after the Beijing Olympics. So far, over 3,800 athletes from 44 countries and regions have confirmed to attend the Games. See more information in http://en.harbin2009.org/.
