The 2011 Xi’an World Horticultural Expo’s “Happy Carnival” opened on the evening of August 20th. It is the first large amusement park at the World Horticultural Expo. The Happy Carnival is located on the west side of Binhe Road and adjoining the Bahe River. It covers 10,000 sq. m and includes 30 rides, such as a pirate ship, the hurricane flying chair and the luxury carousel. The carnival will be open for the next 2 months or so.
