This year’s Lantern Festival will fall on Feb 17th. In Hangzhou there are plenty of places to view the colourful lanterns in all districts:
Shangcheng District: Wushan Square
Xiacheng District: West Lake Cultural Square, Fengqi Lu, Tiyuchang Lu
Gongshu District: Both sides of the Canal and Hushu Lu Commercial Street
West Lake District: Xixi National Wetland Park
Binjiang District: Binjiang Park
Jianggan District: Qingchun Square
Various festive events are also being held at Qiaoxi and Xiaohe historic area and Shenglihe Food Street.
